AISongGenie is committed to straightforward pricing with no hidden surcharges. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Subscriptions grant a fresh credit allowance at the start of each billing period (every month on the Annual plan), and unused subscription credits do not roll over. You own the songs you generate and may use them commercially under our Terms of Service.

You Own Your Songs
As between you and us, you own the songs generated for you and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. We charge no royalties or licensing fees on what you earn from them.
Know the Limits
AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright in some countries, may resemble existing works and is not guaranteed to be unique. Streaming and video platforms may still flag AI music, so make sure your use is lawful, especially commercial use involving existing songs, artists or brands.
Rights That Outlast Your Plan
Cancelling your subscription does not take away your rights to songs you have already generated; keep using them under our Terms of Service after your plan ends.

What happens to my unused credits?
Our subscription plans provide you with a fresh batch of credits every billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month, so we strongly encourage you to generate and experiment with as many custom songs as possible within your current cycle! Credits from one-time top-up packs are separate and do not expire while your account is open.
Can I use the generated songs commercially?
Yes. You own the songs generated for you and may use them for personal and commercial purposes — on YouTube, in podcasts, videos or games — with no royalties to pay us. Because they are made by AI, they may not be protected by copyright in some countries and may resemble existing works, so you are responsible for making sure your use is lawful. See our Terms of Service for details.
How long does it take to create a custom song?
Generation is fast. Once you submit your lyrics, genre preferences and mood settings, it typically takes just a few minutes to produce a complete, high-quality track.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: you are charged the price difference and receive the higher plan's credits right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. The Annual plan cannot be switched to a monthly plan mid-term; cancel it and choose a monthly plan when the year ends. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?
You can purchase instant one-time credit top-ups directly from your dashboard without changing your plan tier. Top-up credits never expire while your account remains active.
Do unused subscription credits roll over to the next month?
No. Subscription credits are refreshed at the start of each billing period (every month, including on the Annual plan), and the new allowance replaces any unused subscription credits. Credits from one-time top-up packs are separate and do not expire while your account is open.
What payment methods are supported?
Orders are processed by our payment partners Creem or Waffo, which act as the Merchant of Record: they collect the payment, handle sales tax or VAT and issue your receipt. All major credit and debit cards are accepted; any other payment methods available in your country are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Do I keep the rights to my songs if I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling does not affect songs you have already generated — they remain yours to use under our Terms of Service. Cancelling only stops future renewals; your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for.
